Do you cycle? I find it a great meditative activity. I'm not good a sitting meditating but moving and meditating works well for me. I've solved so many crisis in my life while pedalling my bike.
Hi Susane, thanks for reading my blog! Actually I have two dodgy hips (one has already been replaced and I'm 39) so I swim instead! You are right it is theraputic and I haven't been for over a week. I'll get back into it!
